This policy explains what personal data CMD Master processes and why.

The English version of this document is the legally binding text. Other languages are provided as a courtesy.

We collect the following personal data:

• Email addresses and authentication provider IDs.
• IP addresses, device/browser metadata, and login timestamps.
• Terminal command history, lesson progress, and quiz/step results.
• Billing metadata for premium access (processed securely by Stripe).

2. Purpose of Collection

We collect this data to:

• Save your user progress and run the learning simulator.
• Secure the platform against abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.
• Analyze usage to measure and improve product performance.

3. Storage & Third Parties

Your data is securely stored on Google Cloud and Firebase infrastructure. We also use third-party tools to process data, including Stripe (for billing) and analytics providers (such as Vercel Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) to operate the platform.

4. User Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of your personal data.
• Correct inaccurate personal data.
• Have your account and all associated personal data permanently deleted.
